Return & Exchange Policy

At Mardams Apparel


we want to make sure that the overall shopping experience of our customers is super satisfactory that is the reason we have 30 days no quibble returns and exchange policy. Customers could return or exchange anything within 30 days, and that starts the day they receive the product.

However, to ensure that this experience is hassle-free for both of us, we have set some guidelines so that our customers could return the items for either refund or replacement, their choice. We suggest our buyers to please select the item according to their requirements and needs.

With our years of experience, we have realized that the most common reason for return is wrong size selection from the customers or ill-fitting apparel. We urge our customers multiple times in our item listing that they should select the size according to our mentioned size chart.

This will eradicate 90% of the returns that are due to wrong size selection. Once a customer wishes to return the item, they could fill up our friendly returns and exchange form online, that data shall be received by us instantly and the returns process will be initiated. Returns and exchange shipment is the customer’s responsibility unless they have received a faulty or significantly not as described items.

This has been described in our terms and policies as well as our merchant account providers’ policies. Once we have received and inspected the return, which takes between 48 to 72 hours, the refund or exchange order will be processed and delivered to the customer within 7 to 10 working days as per our item delivery policy.

The customers are always updated about the whole procedure of refund or exchange via our official email address. Refunds will be made to the original mode of payment whether PayPal, Bank account, or any Card/App services, that usually reflects within 3 to 5 working days depending upon their bank or issuer authority. The customer shall be refunded (including original shipping amount) in full if they have received:

  • A faulty product
  • Significantly not as described product
  • A damaged product
  • The product that is gone missing during the transit
Customer shall be refunded (less shipping charges) or exchange a product (with returns shipping paid by the customer) if they have received:
  • A product that doesn’t fit them but is as described
  • Product not according to the liking or changed mind
  • Returns due to personal reasons
  • Wrong size selection by the customer
Exceptions Custom-made, personalized, or items made exclusively for customers, per their measurements or requirements are non-returnable or refundable because they cannot be sold again as they are made exclusively for the customers.

Important Note: We request our customers to return the items in their exact condition as they were delivered preferably with all the tags on, and with the original packaging.

The product should also be sent back unused. As suggested earlier in case of faulty and significantly not as described items, Mardams.com will pay for the shipping too (both for refund or exchange) while in case of an exchange for size or other reasons mentioned above customers will pay for both way shipping.

The replacement shipping shall be applicable, even if the shipping to certain destinations is free for the first time, this is because we have to pay for the shipping anyway and the cost of that is already included in the item price. Exchange of the product may be subjected to the availability of stock; however, that is a very rare scenario.

We will keep our customers updated about the available stock for exchange via email. For all returns queries, other than filling out the returns form, please contact us at our official email too.

Custom Orders We request our customs to please their measurements multiple times before ordering a custom-made product from us. If there is any ambiguity, please call or email us to discuss before placing the order.

Custom Made and made to measure clothing items (that are exclusively made on customer's measurements as per their demand and requirements) are non-returnable/refundable as they cannot be sold again to anyone else.

Federal and State of Illinois law where Mardams is registered, states following regarding custom made products "Returns & Refunds Policies in the state of Illinois are up to retailers and the law makes no requirements for these policies. The right to cancel a transaction is only available with door-to-door sales for more than $25, campground memberships, and fitness centers."
